Joseph is a graduate of The Juilliard School, majoring in Dance, with lessons in Music Composition from Milton Babbitt. He studied dramatic writing under the mentorship of Arthur Laurents, and Music Composition with Tony Award winning orchestrator, William David Brohn. As a performer he has danced for Merce Cunningham, Twyla Tharp, and last appeared on Broadway in A BRONX TALE. Most recently, he played ‘Al’ in A CHORUS LINE for New York City Center’s 75th Anniversary Gala.

Every day, Annaliese Jakimides shows up. She shows up to write about people and place, about the narrative of our lives—in prose and poetry, the world of the real and the world of the imaginary.

Her prose and poetry have been published in many journals and magazines, including SolsticeUtne ReaderMaine Home + Design, and GQ Italy, as well as in anthologies such as This I Believe II: More Personal Philosophies of Remarkable Men and WomenThe Essential Hip Mama, and A Dangerous New World. Cited in national competitions, most recently as a finalist for the Stephen Dunn Poetry Prize, and nominated for the Pushcart Prize, her work has also been broadcast on NPR and MPBN.

Annaliese has had the privilege of interviewing many creatives, including Tess Gerritsen, Noel Paul Stookey, Lois Dodd, Daniel Minter, Jamie Wyeth, Ashley Bryan, Alex Katz, Melissa Sweet, and Richard Russo. She is the editor of the annual monograph series of Haystack Mountain School of Crafts.

Annaliese is currently at work on two multimedia projects involving the intersection of loss and discovery—grounded in the urban and rural lives she has lived.

Ethan’s plays have been produced at numerous venues in London, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Portland and New York, including the New York International Fringe Festival. His monologues have been published by The Good Ear Review and Smith & Kraus Publications. Ethan has also worked as a theater and book critic for The New Leader, The Forward, Show Business Weekly and The California Literary Review, and as a scriptwriter for the web series “Luvumentary" and the short independent film "Red Light”.
